Maintenance Consultant

We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Leader to drive equipment reliability, uptime, and operational excellence within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This role will lead preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance strategies while partnering closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in TPM, RCM, and asset management , has supported new launches , and is comfortable operating on the plant floor while driving structured continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to maximize equipment availability and OEE
• Drive TPM and/or RCM implementation , including pillar deployment, standards, and KPI management
