Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and assertive Maintenance Coordinator to manage all maintenance operations for our property management client.
Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming maintenance calls, emails, and requests.
Create, assign, and track work orders through to completion.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensuring pricing approvals and deadlines are met.
Respond to and properly escalate maintenance emergencies.
Communicate professionally with tenants, owners, and vendors.
Manage difficult tenant interactions with professionalism and composure.
Maintain accurate records and documentation within property management software.
Requirements:
-Bilingual , Spanish
Prior experience in property management or maintenance coordination.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
