We currently have a vacancy for the position of Maintenance Coordinator , based at our Head office in the West Rand . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and general upkeep of the exterior and interior of the building by carrying out repairs and scheduled, emergency and ad-hoc work according to set standards and ensuring that all building services run efficient to prevent inconvenience to daily operations. Duties and responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Responsible for general maintenance functions such as general repair works, minor electrical repairs, painting, attend to leaks and blocked drains, hanging of pictures, performing of general plumbing duties. Responsible to ensure floors are in good condition and ensuring that ablution facilities are in working conditions on a daily basis.
