We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to join our team at Cloudstaff, the #1 workplace everywhere. The role supports Resident Managers and Regional Property Managers to protect assets by ensuring that all life safety, building systems, and other general building repairs are consistently maintained. The Coordinator also bridges the gap between vendors and residents, working together to resolve issues that arise in our residential and commercial buildings in a timely manner so that residents can continue to enjoy a quiet living environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review maintenance requests and emails daily.
• Generate work orders for issues that arise in commercial and residential buildings, within 24 hours.
• Determine and dispatch the correct vendor for each specific issue.
