We are looking for a Maintenance Coordinator to support day-to-day operations for a fast-growing U.S.-based property management company. This role focuses on coordinating maintenance requests, vendors, and repairs while ensuring properties and tenants are well taken care of.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance requests and work orders
• Communicate with vendors, tenants, and internal teams
• Monitor repair progress and ensure timely resolution
• Schedule and conduct periodic walkthrough inspections
• Support escalated maintenance and property-related issues
• Ensure maintenance issues are handled efficiently and professionally
