Maintenance Coordinator

The Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing all maintenance activities for Hungry Lion stores located in South African territories. Based at the Stellenbosch Head Office, this role serves as the central liaison between stores, service providers, and the internal facilities management team to ensure operational uptime, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction through efficient maintenance execution.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Review, validate, and prioritise maintenance requests received from stores.
Allocate and schedule work to external service providers or internal teams.
Track progress of repairs and maintenance work to ensure timely completion.
Act as the first line of support for maintenance-related queries from stores (calls, WhatsApp, emails, and ticketing systems).
Provide guidance to store teams on basic troubleshooting and escalate where needed.
