**Job Summary**

+ The Maintenance Crew Leader is responsible for overseeing landscape operations at client sites, managing a crew of 2–5 team members to ensure tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to BrightView’s quality standards. This role involves supervising a variety of service lines, including basic landscape maintenance, installation, and supportive services such as irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications. The Crew Leader plays a key role in maintaining client satisfaction through effective team leadership and high-quality service delivery.
