Kedleston Gospel Camp is looking for a Maintenance Director to help care for our facilities, grounds, and systems during the camp season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and being part of a team that supports meaningful Christian Camping ministry.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain camp buildings, cabins, and grounds
• Handle day‑to‑day repairs (plumbing, doors, painting, general upkeep)
• Operate and monitor camp water and septic systems (training provided)
• Supervise and mentor custodial and grounds staff and set daily work routines
• Help prepare camp for summer start‑up and ongoing operations
• Work closely with the Executive Director and Maintenance Committee to receive guidance for larger projects
