Maintenance Director

Job Summary As a Maintenance Director, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department to ensure the facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner, following all applicable standards and regulations.

You will supervise the team and assist with the operation, repair, and maintenance of boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC systems, electrical, and plumbing systems. You will also plan and carry out repair programs, new construction, and equipment installations, as well as track spending and labor budgets.
