Maintenance & Electrical Executive

1. Monitor the operations of the mall team, including M&E, Security, and Cleaners.

2. Monitor all mall equipment operations.

3. Monitor the electrical systems in the mall and track TNB usage.

4. Monitor contractors performing servicing tasks.

5. Perform monitoring and repairs of minor defects in the building.

6. Monitor all daily, weekly, and monthly checklists and reports.

7. Demonstrate responsibility in the job and provide a fast response.

8. Be available to work on weekends and rotate shifts.

9. Be prepared to handle any tasks assigned by the COO or SMM.

10. Any other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 0-6 months

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
