Maintenance Electrician

Based in Balclutha, this is a great opportunity for a hands‑on tradesperson to play a key role in keeping our plant operating safely and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for the electrical repair, maintenance, and improvement of equipment across our diverse site—ensuring production downtime is minimised and plant reliability is maximised. With a wide variety of equipment and facilities, no two days will be the same, and you’ll have the opportunity to broaden your skills and experience in a supportive team environment.

Our engineering team works on a 4/4 roster: four 12‑hour days, four days off, four 12‑hour nights, then four days off. This balance allows time for both proactive maintenance and troubleshooting while also giving you regular stretches of time off.
