Maintenance Engineer (Ciudad Apodaca)

Maintain the equipment in best operating conditions, ensuring proper preventive maintenance according to the annual Total Productive Maintenance plan, to prevent accidents, equipment damage, or production downtime, while also ensuring compliance with Parker's safety policies.

• Plan and coordinate the Total Productive Maintenance for the Plant.
• Develop standard preventive maintenance work and upload.
• Optimize as needed preventive maintenance and keep it updated.
• Track and follow the PM yield metric and also keep a cadence to analyze the findings and actions listed on the Technician PM activity sheet.
• Track and follow the Corrective metric and also keep a cadence to analyze the findings and actions due to corrective maintenance performed.
• Audit and ensure the PM plan placed by the Maintenance intern to be completed on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate maintenance technicians.
