Job Description

Job Summary
As Maintenance Engineer, you’ll provide an effective reactive & preventative maintenance support service for R&D Pilot Line process equipment; thereby maximising equipment availability, performance and product quality. 
You’ll also be involved in the installation and qualification of new equipment and the modification and continuous improvement of existing equipment to meet the needs of new products and processes. 
You’ll provide emergency support for utilities & facilities plant, in the absence of Central Engineering resource.
Your responsibilities will include:
Provide process breakdown support. Identify and recover fault situations.
Generation and assessment of key performance indicators and trend analysis (eg OEE).
Carry out effective preventative maintenance and be the focus for control and management of spares.
