Maintenance Engineer (Engineer)

Maintenance Engineer Location: Salary: £38,000–£40,000 + bonus
We’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our Engineering team at our manufacturing site in Kingswinford.
You’ll cover both planned preventative maintenance and reactive work, from day-to-day repairs through to fault diagnosis and longer-term improvements across the site.
The role combines hands-on maintenance with fault finding, coordination, and continuous improvement.
Support the continuous operation of site machinery and equipment across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC disciplines
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime
Diagnose faults and complete repairs across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated systems
Use internal systems to log maintenance activity, including PUWER risk assessments, and ensure clear communication back to the Production Engineering Manager
