Maintenance Engineer Hpdc

**Objective**
Responsible for ensuring timely maintenance interventions, spare parts, and services, seeking to achieve departmental objectives and guarantee compliance with the production plan.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Update and communicate indicators to the entire maintenance team on a daily basis.
- Conduct daily meetings to review the top failures.
- Establish the annual preventive and predictive maintenance plan, document it, and ensure compliance with the plan.
- Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits, document evidence, and ensure that all maintenance process requirements are applied (MSA, CQI-9, ISO*****, IATF *****, BIQ).
- Develop a skills matrix for hourly and salaried staff.
- Manage time and spare parts for MCP interventions
- Create and update SAP structure, manage equipment data, cost centers, etc.
