You set the standard in maintenance and guarantee reliable, efficient installations.
Location: Region Eindhoven (with regular travel to other production sites)
Hours: 38 hours per week

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing maintenance strategies and processes. Your goal is to ensure the reliability, availability, and safety of equipment at the lowest possible integrated cost, while continuously improving efficiency, sustainability, and cost control.
Based on your expertise and in collaboration with the local teams, you will define and roll out best practices in maintenance. You will also monitor execution and results.
Key responsibilities include:
Developing and refining maintenance strategies (such as RCM, TPM, VAM)
Managing maintenance contracts and systems (experience with Ultimo is a strong advantage)
