Maintenance Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Assess existing preventive maintenance procedures, recommend improvements, and prepare reports for management review.
• Investigate equipment breakdowns, provide troubleshooting support, and monitor equipment performance after repairs to minimize downtime.
• Ensure preventive maintenance for all plant equipment, machinery, and physical assets is carried out as scheduled, with emergency troubleshooting support available when required.
• Oversee work performed by external contractors to ensure proper quality and compliance, and report any non-conformities.
• Conduct maintenance and inspections according to schedule, and ensure proper storage and care of punches and dies to maintain good condition.
• Ensure all mechanical, electrical, and system repair works are properly executed and completed on time, with adequate maintenance support provided.
