Ensure reliable, safe, and cost-effective operation of all plant equipment and utilities by leading preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities. Drive asset reliability, minimize breakdowns, and support operational performance through TPM.



**Key Responsibilities**



+ Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance

+ Improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned stoppages

+ Lead maintenance team performance, coaching, and safety compliance

+ Manage maintenance tools, spare parts, and technical stores

+ Monitor maintenance budgets and control costs

+ Conduct quality inspections and ensure standards compliance
