Role Purpose

Ensure reliable, safe, and cost-effective operation of all plant equipment and utilities by leading preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities. Drive asset reliability, minimize breakdowns, and support operational performance through TPM.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance
• Improve equipment reliability and reduce unplanned stoppages
• Lead maintenance team performance, coaching, and safety compliance
• Manage maintenance tools, spare parts, and technical stores
• Monitor maintenance budgets and control costs
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure standards compliance
• Support installation, commissioning, and improvement projects
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Procurement, and contractors
