Maintenance Engineer

Responsibilities

Be responsible for the daily maintenance, upkeep and fault repair of the electrical systems of stamping, CNC (Siemens/FANUC systems) and welding equipment to ensure stable operation of the equipment.

Quickly handle sudden electrical faults of the three types of equipment, analyze the root causes, formulate preventive measures, and reduce downtime.

Be responsible for the selection of electrical components such as PLC and switching power supply, and participate in the electrical design, programming, commissioning and acceptance of non-standard automated auxiliary equipment.

Organize and file electrical drawings and technical data of equipment, put forward suggestions for electrical system optimization, and reduce failure rates.

Assist in conducting skill training for the maintenance team, cooperate with the production plan to complete relevant work。
