Job Description
Establish a maintenance spare parts system for manufacturing equipment (inhouse and 2nd tier vendor).
Manage all equipment spare part inventory (inhouse and 2nd tier vendor).
Create Standard Operation Procedures (for all related maintenance processes.
Plan and perform scheduled maintenance (Preventive Predictive) procedures on equipment and assembly robot.
Monitor and maintain manufacturing assembly robot, tooling mold die and equipment’s to ensure their smooth operation and performance (inhouse and 2nd tier vendor).
Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve any issues or defects in the automation scripts, and perform debugging and troubleshooting as needed.
Installing new devices or machinery and troubleshooting and repairing solutions.
Make necessary updates and improvements to automation solutions.
Ensure that the automated processes are efficient, accurate, and in compliance with regulatory and security standards.
