Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical)

Experience & Background

• At least 1-5 years experience in similar background (Oleochemical, Refinery)
• Knowledge on static equipment such as pressure safety valves (PSVs), valves, pipelines, columns, tanks, heat exchangers, and similar components is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop good preventive and predictive maintenance program to reduce the number of unscheduled breakdowns.
• Ensure the preventive and predictive maintenance program is carried out as planned.
• Continuously review the critical spare part list and frequently update whenever necessary.
• Ensure all critical spare list quantities are always enough to minimize downtime during breakdowns.
• Plan and coordinate manpower for any scheduled or unscheduled breakdown.
• Report monthly total maintenance expenses.
