Maintenance Engineer (Production)

In-charge of machine assemblies & provide engineering support to daily production activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine integration, setup, commissioning
• Machine performance, application & process analysis
• Design issues & improvements for machinery at production

Result Orientation

• Develop Root Caused Analysis (RCA) on equipment failure or breakdowns

Planning Execution

• Plan all resources required for a maintenance repair/overhaul so that the job can be executed in an efficient manner
• Prepare job safety risk assessment so that the job can be performed in a safe manner
• Liaise with other department such as QA & QC for quality monitoring.
• Work with production to achieve output and productivity.

Problem Solving
