Maintenance Engineer

Position Summary
Provide Corrective Maintenance of STEURS deployed System (card access/CCTV, intercom, system….) Knowledge in Security /Server System / Network equipment. Provide inspection, rectification works and maintain system performance. Executes the A&A works with engineer and ensure smooth operation of the system Attend on-site 24 hours emergency service
Key Responsibilities Support and assist team leader in meeting and ensuring customer satisfaction. Ensure and work with the technicians in ensuring the PM work as per schedule of the system on site is carried out on time Responsible for the system functionalities and ensure in working condition at all times. Executes/clears the CM of issue arises from time to time. Provide Support to Engineer on IT related work on site on Server, Network and Workstation. Monitor of spare parts availability as well as EOL/EOS of equipment To perform standby duty after office hours as and when required Attend to adhoc call during and after ...
