Maintenance Engineer

Machine Maintenance & Repair

• Perform troubleshooting and repair of plastic injection molding machines (hydraulic, mechanical, and electric types).
• Carry out maintenance on related equipment such as dryers, chillers, mold temperature controllers, air compressors, and conveyors.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults and implement corrective actions.
• Replace defective parts such as valves, heaters, sensors, pumps, seals, and hydraulic components.

Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all molding machines and utilities.
• Maintain maintenance records and logs to track machine performance and service history.
• Identify potential issues before machine failure and suggest proactive measures.
