Responsible for the management of the tools data, the maintenance and the capacity of all external and nternal tools and all equipment owned by the Schneider-Electric plant (molds, stamping tools, assembly tools, manufacturing and test benches, gauges, jigs & fixtures)
Tool maintenance management
- Manages tool refurbishment & repair operations
- Industrializes new tools (replacement, QVE or capacity) including BCI
- Supports tool transfers
- Carries out tool audits
- Manage tools inventory & tools data collection
- Manage tools capacity
- Manage tools maintenance budget & roadmap
Material productivity
- Sustains data collection to enable COS & QVE analysis
- Proposes & industrializes QVE ideas
User of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
- Knows & uses CMMS (Corim or Avantis VTM)
- Manages tools database in CMMS
