Maintenance Engineer

TXM Recruit are currently recruiting for a mobile Maintenance Engineer (AC Bias) to work for one of the UKs leading facilities companies on a plethora of their commercial contracts.

The job will cover general weekly, monthly and quarterly checks, planned and unplanned maintenance duties as well as general fabric checks around the facility.

Schedule - Monday to Friday 45 hours

Working hours – 7am to 4pm (Door to Door pay) + 1-in-4 Saturday Shift.

On Call – 1 in 4 weeks on call. – This is for emergencies only.

Salary - £41,209/Yr.

Location – Liverpool, Warrington, Chester

Extra – Overtime available.

Your duties will be yet not limited to

PPMs on commercial HVAC systems

Diagnostics and fault finding

Repairs to cooling units and AHU’s

Rectifying faults in plant rooms

Splits, VRF and more.
