Maintenance Engineer (With rich PLC experience)

Overview

The Maintenance Engineer (PLC & Robotics) is responsible for maintaining and improving the reliability and performance of automation equipment, PLC control systems, and industrial robotic systems to support continuous production operations. This role focuses on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement to minimize downtime and enhance equipment efficiency.

Responsibilities

• PLC / Automation Control System Support: Perform troubleshooting and repair for PLC-controlled machines, including I/O signals, sensors, actuators, interlocks, alarms, and safety circuits. Support control panel components such as relays, contactors, power supplies, VFD/inverters, servo drives, and communication modules. Conduct PLC and HMI backup, restore, and parameter verification in accordance with internal procedures. Support machine control modifications (where applicable) under proper change control and approval.
