Job Description

• Generate reflow and wave oven programs. Overseeing the compatibility with new products to run.• Create and program new components on Siplace Pro Database.• Coordinate with supplier for the fabrication of wave pallet soldering and jigs related to the manual process (manual soldering/screwing/glueing).• Manage and monitor the maintenance plans, perform maintenance, troubleshooting on machines and contact person for malfunctions on machines.• Expert for process parameters, deep knowledge of machine functions and parameters and regularly qualify and verify the process function of machines.• Collaborate closely with production and product development teams, provide technical expertise and support, and foster a strong team environment.• Creating and maintaining machines or equipment related standard operating procedures (SOP)• Drive or lead continue improvement activity
