Job Description

  Roles and Responsibilities  
 To ensure proactive maintenance program to operate site maintenance and automation processes in an effective manner in compliance to the company policies and statutory requirement. 
 To ensure on time within budget delivery of debottlenecking projects / new product implementation projects and to drive proactive asset care program to operate site maintenance services in a cost-effective manner in compliance to the company policies, To establish ownership and capability at team level. 
  Accountable for overall site maintenance, utility operation and process automation and achievement of the site efficiency by aligning the available resources in the best possible manner and takes other functional support as and when required 
 Site Maintenance Management 
 Ensure line equipment is operational in its desired efficiency and productivity 
 Develop a Preventive maintenance system for the plant
