MAINTENANCE EXECUTIVE (M-E Dept)

Responsibilities

• To lead and manage the maintenance team in all maintenance and electrical functions of the Company, to supervise subordinates and oversee the departments daily operations.
• To give direction, clear instruction, as well as good advice to subordinates and delegate jobs to them effectively.
• To ensure that all wiring works are done in a correct manner and in fulfilling of the Electrical Regulations. Coordinates and supervises works that carry out by contractors.
• To ensure that all maintenance, repair or installations works are done properly and as schedule.
• To maintain proper records on daily maintenance and electrical works and to ensure that all tools, appliances and equipment of the department are in good condition to minimize damages or losses. To maintain proper stocks control to ensure the sufficient supply of stocks for the departments use.
