Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all installations, repairs and upkeep operations for company's facilities
• Oversee the development, implementation and adherence of all preventive maintenanceprojects
• Train and lead others to perform preventive maintenance functions
  Assist with the maintenance of the calendar contracted services or when required
• Ensure adequate supply of products are available for daily maintenance and emergencyrequirements
• Maintain accurate records for all routine inspections of equipment and daily work logs
