Maintenance Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Executive (Layer Farm) to join our dynamic team at Heap Soon Farming Sdn Bhd in Trong, Perak. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of our layer farm facilities, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance on all farm equipment, machinery, infrastructure and electrical.
2. Troubleshooting and resolving any technical issues or breakdowns in a timely manner
3. Coordinating with the farm management team to plan and implement maintenance schedules
4. Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities and equipment performance
5. Ensuring the farm's compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
6. Identifying opportunities for improving efficiency and implementing cost-saving measures
