Maintenance & Facilities Engineer

Maintain, inspect, and repair factory machinery, utilities, and facilities including production equipment, warehouse equipment, HVAC/ACMV, compressed air systems, electrical systems, fire protection systems, and building infrastructure.

Establish, execute, and continuously improve the Preventive Maintenance (PM) program. Follow the established schedule to complete equipment maintenance and calibration, then maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Lead and manage facilities upgrade and development projects, including building renovations, refurbishments, and other facility improvements.

Work closely across functional teams and with external parties to ensure facility-related matters are well coordinated and support daily operational needs.

Source, manage, and supervise external contractors and service providers.

Oversee installation of machinery and equipment.
