Maintenance & Facilities Executive

Job description:

1. Creating of Preventive Maintenance programs for the machines, robots, equipment and for the facility.

2. Executing and maintaining the preventive maintenance activities for machineries, robots as well as equipment within the plant.

3. Troubleshooting issues related with the machineries, robots and equipment as well as performing the corrective maintenance activities.

4. Head controller for the spare parts related with the maintenance department.

5. Keep track of all spare parts related and follow-up for order plans.

6. Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the facilities equipment with external parties involved.

7. Ensure minimal downtime towards the machines, robots and equipment.

8. Understand all the systems related to the process of the products including the compressed air system, chiller systems, WCPU and ACSU systems as well as the Blender systems.
