Job Description
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical equipment
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and grounds to identify maintenance needs or safety hazards
- Troubleshoot and repair facility-related issues in a timely manner
- Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and inspection records
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance areas and tools
- Support facility upgrades, renovations, and improvement projects
- Respond to emergency maintenance issues as needed (may include on-call duty)
