Qualifications of a Maintenance Facility Staff

• High school graduate or vocational/technical course related to maintenance, engineering, or facilities management.
• With basic knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience in routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs of facilities and equipment.
• Able to identify and troubleshoot basic maintenance issues.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of tools and equipment.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor and maintenance tasks.
• Can follow work instructions, maintenance schedules, and checklists.
• Possesses good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or emergency calls if needed.
• Demonstrates reliability, responsibility, and attention to detail.
