Day shift 7 AM - 3 PM
Engineering People is currently recruiting for a Maintenance Fitter looking for a full time job in Melbourne.
The client is Food manufacturer and packaging company located in the in Melbourne's inner city suburbs.They are looking for a safety conscious fitter to join the growing team.
This role includes regular Overtime and also may require call-outs.
The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience on a wide range of equipment including; Packaging, canning, conveyors, pneumatics, presses and pumps.
• D Class
• Welding (TIG or MIG) and fabrication skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• A high level of OH&S awareness

The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include but not be limited to preventative maintenance, breakdown maintenance and trouble shooting.
