Maintenance Fitter

A well-established manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter with a strong background in injection moulding equipment and general plant maintenance to join their team in Cosmo City, Gauteng. The ideal candidate must be self-sufficient, organized, and capable of maintaining high technical standards across a variety of machinery and building maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on injection moulding machines (knowledge preferred).

• Carry out general maintenance across the facility.

• Plan and execute a consistent machine maintenance schedule.

• Maintain neat and orderly work standards at all times.

• Keep accurate records of all work conducted.

• Operate machine shop equipment such as lathes and milling machines.

• Ensure proper stock control and efficient running of the machine spare parts store.
