Maintenance for Paper forming Operator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operate and stabilize paper forming machines for cups, lids, trays and etc.
• Implements SOP of the Paper forming machines before, during and after operation.
• Performs process, mechanical and minor electrical troubleshooting an ask assistance from line mechanics,senior operators or superiors when necessary.
• Submits properly filled up daily production report every end of the shift.
• Report to his superior of any unusual sounds or movement in his assigned machine for immediate and prevent further damage.
• Suggest and initiates machines and process improvements for his assigned machines.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• With skills in paper forming machine process and related machines such as crusher and basic Extruder operation.
• Knowledgeable on paper forming machines operation, process and controls and prameters adjustments.
