This position is responsible for facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and overall restaurant readiness—ensuring a clean, safe, and fully functional environment for both employees and customers.


What you'll do:

Equipment & Facility Maintenance

· Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on kitchen and restaurant equipment.

· Troubleshoot and make minor repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems as needed.
