Job Description
Join The Centre for Addiction and Mental Health as a Maintenance Generalist. This role involves performing essential maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and equipment cleaning in a health-focused setting.
As part of the Maintenance Team, you will report directly to the Senior Facility Manager. Your responsibilities will encompass minor carpentry, changing filters, and assisting trade staff with various duties. Additionally, you will maintain and clean mechanical spaces and ensure the facility remains safe and operational.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform minor carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repairs
• Maintain boiler, chiller, and cooling tower equipment
• Transport materials and assist trade staff
• Unclog drains and repair leaking taps
• Conduct water tests for maintenance systems

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Certificate in Fire Alarm System monitoring
