Maintenance & Groundskeeper - Woodhaven, Lambton Shores, ON

Killam Apartment REIT, based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, is one of Canada's largest residential real estate investment trusts, owning, operating, and developing a $5.3 billion portfolio of apartments and manufactured home communities. We are looking for an energetic Maintenance & Groundskeeper to join our team on a full-time basis for the season at WoodHaven Seasonal & Year Round Resort from May until October.

Responsibilities:

•Routine maintenance and minor repairs to property buildings, facilities and roads;

•All aspects of property maintenance – grass cutting, trimming, weeding, brush and leaf and debris removal;
