Maintenance Head/Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversees all Maintenance personnel and monitors if assigned tasks are properly performed.
• Gives instructions to subordinates whenever necessary, particularly in doing maintenance projects and machine troubleshooting.
• Conducts regular meeting for all Maintenance personnel to tackle all issues and concerns with regards to the operation.
• Attends to inter-office and/or special management-mandated meetings if ordered hereafter.
• Responsible for scheduling daily work, ordering of parts and coordination of scheduled shutdown.
• Responsible for design, process and completion of engineering projects.
• Ensures that all planned maintenance for production equipment, and utilities are performed.
• Document and report machine downtime, machine performance and project update
• Give improvement ideas to improve machine and to lessen machine downtime
