Maintenance In-charge

• Oversee production support, facilities repair, and preventive maintenance activities to ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficiency
• Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of line sustaining and PM technicians, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and standards to minimize downtime and optimize productivity
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address equipment issues and support manufacturing goals
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies
• Drive initiatives for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence
• Prepare and manage reports on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and resource utilization.
