Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and support achievement of maintenance targets for extrusion operations.
Ensure proper implementation of 6S and housekeeping in the maintenance department and extrusion lines.
Develop and execute weekly and monthly preventive maintenance plans for extrusion machines.
Maintain records of equipment plans, maintenance history, and daily reports.
Coordinate with maintenance staff and other departments for spare parts planning and availability.
Ensure continuous and smooth operation of extrusion machinery.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.
Requirements:
Education: DAE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics.
Experience: 2–4 years in extrusion or plastic processing machinery maintenance.
