Qualifications and Experience

: Possesses a secondary school diploma and a two or three year community college technical/engineering diploma, or provincial Red Seal certification in a related trade, i.e. plumbing, heating, electrical, electronics, DDC. Broad based general maintenance skills and experience with institutional buildings are essential. A minimum of one year related work experience is required. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle is required.
