Maintenance Lead

Talentmark are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Lead to join a leading manufacturer of fine chemicals based near Cambridge. This role is a full-time permanent position.

The ideal candidate for this role is a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in maintenance management and a dedication to safety and quality.

The working hours for the role are 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday – Friday.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure strict compliance with company QC systems, policies, and SOPs within the maintenance department.
Plan, manage, and execute daily maintenance activities, coordinating maintenance engineers and contractors to meet production demands.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth site and department operations.
Ensure proper hazard identification, control measures, and implement process improvements as needed.
