We are currently seeking a lead maintenance technician. The role runs Monday to Friday from 7 am to 3:30 pm, paid up to $44 per hour plus benefits. This hands‑on maintenance technician position includes supervising one other maintenance person (electromechanic) and reporting to the Operations Manager. The company has not yet implemented a computerized maintenance management system, but plans to adopt one in the future. For now, candidates should be able to organize work orders through Excel, supervise a maintenance technician, and perform troubleshooting and repairs on the electrical and mechanical systems of the machines.
