Maintenance Lead-Hamilton, ON

As we expand our Hamilton, ON operations, we are looking for a Maintenance Lead to help shape and manage our Maintenance Department and ensure reliable, safe, and efficient operations of our metal processing equipment and facility infrastructure.

The Maintenance Lead will oversee all maintenance activities at our Hamilton facility, including preventive and corrective maintenance for our Slitter lines, CTL lines, shears, and associated production equipment. This hands‑on leadership role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving mechanical and technical challenges while contributing to a growing, dynamic team. This position works standard business hours (day shift).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance operations, ensuring equipment uptime and reliability.
